Re-worked the fog of war once again. I think this version gives a better feel to the game. 

Worked some bugs out of the spotting system and changed the way terrain and building are revealed on the board.

Added a couple particle based explosions. Will be expanding the particle system quite a bit.

Re-worked the ocen and the beach.

Added a C-130 aircraft for the airdrop animation.
